Volvo Assistance guarantees you around-the-clock breakdown help, regardless of whether you’re out on the road or parked in your own driveway. It’s a service designed around getting you moving again, whenever or wherever you need some assistance.

Volvo Assistance is a free service offered by Volvo in case your car breaks down on the road. It’s valid for 2 years from the date of delivery.

The driver and up to 4 passengers are covered (in Volvo XC90: 6 passengers). Trailer or caravan towed by the car is also covered. With Volvo Assistance, you are protected 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Wherever you are, in your own country or travelling in the European countries, or even at home, just call our number (international at local tarif) and we will support you as fast as possible.

• Fuel problems lack of fuel, incorrect fuel or contaminated fuel

• Key problems: locked out, lost or broken vehicle keys

• Tyre problems: puncture and flat at tyre

• Flat battery

• Road traffic accident where the vehicle is immobilised
