Specific software available on the Website

Any software that can be downloaded from the Site ("Software") is a copyrighted work of Volvo Cars and/or its licensors. The use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end-user licence agreement, which accompanies or is included in the Program ("Licence Agreement"). The Software may be downloaded for use by end users only except as otherwise provided in the Licence Agreement. Unless otherwise stated in the License Agreement, the Software can be used only for the purpose for which the Software is made available. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software which is non-compliant with the Licence Agreement is expressly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

The Program is warranted only according to the terms of Licence Agreement, if it is warranted in general. Except for the warranties included in the Licence Agreement, Volvo Cars disclaims all warranties with regard to the Program, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, title and non-infringement.
