Specific software on the Site

Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user licence agreement, if any, that is provided with or constitutes an integral part of the Software ("Licence Agreement"). Unless otherwise provided in the Licence Agreement, the Software is provided for download solely for end users' needs. Further, unless otherwise provided in the Licence Agreement, the Software may be used only for the purpose for which it is intended. Reproduction or further distribution of the Software is not in accordance with the Licence Agreement and is expressly prohibited and subject to material and criminal liability.

The warranty for the software, if any, is limited to the terms of the Licence Agreement. Except for the warranties provided under the Licence Agreement, Volvo Cars hereby disclaims all warranties for the Software, including implied warranties or conditions of sale, fitness for a particular purpose, property rights and non-infringement.
